Job summary

FQPS Academy Ltd. in Leeds seeks a Solicitor/Fee Earner with 2–3+ years’ experience in personal injury (RTA, EL, ID, clinical negligence) to join its expanding Psychiatric Injury Department.

The role involves handling cases from inception to settlement, with potential involvement in employment matters and a focus on meeting KPIs and using Proclaim. Reporting to the Head of Department, the position offers a full-time, permanent role with standard hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00) and benefits including

Qualifications

• 2–3 years+ experience in handling personal injury
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Handling a variety of injury cases from inception to settlement
• Litigation experience would be of interest
• Understanding CPR Rules and Pre-Action Protocol
• Experience across personal injury or employment matters from inception to completion
• Working with marketing to expand the department
