The Role

1. Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, care proceedings, and non-molestation orders.
2. Represent clients at hearings and work closely with counsel and external agencies.
3. Deliver clear, compassionate legal advice tailored to each client's needs.
4. Contribute to the growth and development of the Family Law department.
5. Support and collaborate with colleagues across the wider team.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (all levels of PQE considered).
• A genuine interest in family law and a commitment to client care.
• Ability to manage cases with appropriate support depending on experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambition to grow within the role, with potential to lead the department long-term.
