The Opportunity

This role suits a solicitor with a genuine interest in Family Law. You will work alongside experienced solicitors, gaining exposure to a wide range of family and matrimonial matters, managing your own caseload, and representing clients in court. Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a varied caseload of family and matrimonial matters, including divorce, contact/residence issues, domestic violence, and financial arrangements.
2. Represent clients at court hearings.
3. Draft legal documents and correspondence.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and other professionals.
5. Support senior solicitors on complex or high-value cases.
6. Maintain the firm's high standards of client service.
