Solicitor / Conveyancer - Residential Property - Bristol - All Levels Considered

Location: Bristol (serving clients nationwide)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £45,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience and role level)

A respected law firm in Bristol is seeking to expand its busy and well‑established Residential Property Team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive practice with a friendly working environment and genuine career progression opportunities, including the potential to progress to Manager/Director level.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Sales and Purchases
  • Transfers of Equity
  • Remortgages
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals
  • Preparing accounts and ensuring files are billed regularly
  • Ensuring all files are LEXCEL compliant
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and helping generate new business leads
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Conveyancer, or Solicitor with:

  • Detailed knowledge and expertise in residential property transactions
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
