Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing - Bristol - 1+ Years PQE

Location: Bristol (with hybrid flexibility)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (4 days considered)

Salary: £40,000 to £70,000 + Benefits

A busy and friendly high street law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer to join its supportive team across offices in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced support staff, flexible working arrangements, and genuine career progression.

The Role
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • New builds and shared ownership transactions
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and reports
  • Managing completions and post-completion formalities
  • Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with:

  • 1+ years PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
  • Exposure to a broad range of property transactions
  • Ability to manage files independently and work efficiently
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Willingness to work on-site during probation (hybrid options available thereafter)
