Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Commercial Real Estate team in Bristol. You will advise developers, investors, occupiers and public sector clients on high-value property transactions across the UK.

You will work with senior colleagues on a broad range of matters, including industrial and logistics development and investment, commercial acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant work, asset management and wider transactions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' PQE in a strong commercial property practice.
• Experience across acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord & tenant and asset management.
• Genuine interest in industrial and logistics development and investment work.
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and confident with high value clients.

Salary: £70,000 to £90,000

A leading national law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding Commercial Real Estate team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a highly respected national practice on high value development and investment matters, with a particular focus on industrial and logistics projects.

The Role

You’ll join a thriving, award winning Real Estate team advising developers, investors, occupiers and public sector clients on complex commercial property transactions across the UK.

You’ll work closely with senior colleagues on a broad range of matters, including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Development projects
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Asset management
• Wider commercial real estate transactions

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a Commercial Real Estate specialist with:

• 2-5 years' PQE gained within a strong commercial property practice
