TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading UK firm to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 1+ years' experience. You will manage own cases under supervision and contribute to the growth of the department.

Based in Cardiff with hybrid working, you will handle birth injuries, cancer misdiagnosis, and other negligence matters while liaising with clients nationwide and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 1+ years' experience in clinical negligence.
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage own clinical negligence caseload with supervision.
• Assist growth of the department through marketing and BD.
• Liaise with clients locally and nationwide.

TSR Legal are proud to be working on behalf of a well-respected legal 200 law firm who are currently seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their award-winning department. The firm are looking to grow and expand its existing team with a dynamic solicitor who will be encouraged to engage in marketing and business development.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be working alongside a Partner highly ranked in the Legal 500 and will have secretarial and administrative support daily. The team covers a wide range of matters and you can expect to handle cases involving:

• Birth & Head Injuries
• Pediatric & Orthopaedic Negligence
• Cancer Misdiagnosis
• Cerebral Palsy Matters
• Inquest Representation
• Dental Negligence etc.

You will have the opportunity to manage your own files as well as contributing to the growth of the department as a whole. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of clients locally and nationwide.
