Job summary

TSR Legal are representing a well-respected clinical negligence team seeking a Solicitor with 1+ years' experience to handle a varied caseload from Birth & Head Injuries to Cancer Misdiagnosis.

You will work in a hybrid role with support from a Partner and a dedicated secretarial team, managing own files while contributing to departmental growth and client service on a nationwide basis.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with clinical negligence experience.
• Strong client communication and case management skills.
• Experience handling a varied negligent claims caseload.
• Willingness to engage in marketing and business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage own clinical negligence files from instruction to resolution.
• Liaise effectively with clients locally and nationwide and with Partners.
• Contribute to the growth of the department through quality client service.

TSR Legal are proud to be working on behalf of a well-respected legal 200 law firm who are currently seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their award-winning department. The firm are looking to grow and expand its existing team with a dynamic solicitor who will be encouraged to engage in marketing and business development.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be working alongside a Partner highly ranked in the Legal 500 and will have secretarial and administrative support daily. The team covers a wide range of matters and you can expect to handle cases involving:

• Birth & Head Injuries
• Pediatric & Orthopaedic Negligence
• Cancer Misdiagnosis
• Cerebral Palsy Matters
• Inquest Representation
• Dental Negligence etc.

You will have the opportunity to manage your own files as well as contributing to the growth of the department as a whole. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of clients locally and nationwide.
