Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, while supporting senior team members on larger transactions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service at all times.

• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, while supporting senior team members on larger transactions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service at all times.
• Playing an active role in business development and marketing initiatives.
