A highly regarded regional firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor at NQ-3 PQE to join its established Corporate & Commercial team in Southampton.

The Work

You'll be involved in a varied mix of corporate matters, including:

• M&A and business acquisitions
• Management buyouts and investments
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements
• Corporate governance
• General corporate advisory work

You'll have genuine client contact and responsibility from an early stage, working alongside experienced lawyers on transactions with real commercial impact.

About You

You'll be a Corporate Solicitor between NQ and 3 PQE, ideally with experience across M&A and general corporate work.

You'll be commercially minded, technically strong and keen to develop. Just as importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to build lasting client relationships.
