Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy (PRE) is seeking a Warranty Manager to join our O&M team. The Warranty Manager is responsible for managing the warranty phase of all PRE projects. You will interface with clients, review claims for validity, and coordinate resources to complete warranty tasks.

This role requires travel, a strong safety focus, and proficiency with MS Office. Experience with PV solar facilities and ability to communicate effectively with field personnel is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing warranty claims and determining validity.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong communication with customers and field personnel.
• Technical knowledge of PV solar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the warranty phase of all PRE projects.
• Interface with customers as primary contact during warranty.
• Maintain and distribute a monthly aggregated warranty claim log.
• Provide end-of-warranty presentations to clients at project milestones.
• Coordinate with superintendents to identify resources for warranty work.
