Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy in Swindon, UK, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design, construction execution, and successful completion of multiple utility-scale solar EPC projects. You will manage major engineering and construction activities through to commercial operation and lead client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires extensive travel (50%+), proven leadership of project teams, and strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management Experience.
• Utility-Scale Solar Self-Perform Construction experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
• Extensive travel required (50%+).

Responsibilities

• Leads design, construction execution and completion of multiple solar EPC projects.
• Manages client relationships and project risk.
• Oversees engineering and design discipline across projects.
• Manages financial aspects with the Project Control team.
• Coordinates procurement with Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
• Owns and administers the contract with the customer.
• Leads pre-construction efforts and project closeout.
• Ensures adherence to design and construction schedules.
