Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with several years in an electrical technical environment.
- At least three years as a pre-sales engineer or equivalent role.
- UK knowledge of electricity market, photovoltaics, storage, EV chargers and monitoring devices.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support to customers and distributors.
- Assist Sales team with solar/storage projects across segments.
- Support utility-scale inquiries: plant design, MV and grid needs.
- Coordinate with Product Managers and UK/IRE grid bodies for certifications.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and tech talks.
- Deliver and host training courses for customers and staff on-site and off-site.
- Create training content aligned with market needs and trends.
- Develop and implement strategic training plans and content schedules.
