Job summary

AD Energy Recruitment is seeking aSolutions Engineer to support the growth of a leading renewable energy business across the UK. You will bridge customers, sales and product teams, delivering training and providing design support for solar PV and battery storage projects.

In this high-visibility role, you will engage with installers, distributors and EPCs, share technical expertise, and help shape product development through market feedback. Regular travel across the UK is expected.

Qualifications

Experience with solar PV inverters and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Design and support residential and commercial PV and energy storage systems.
Excellent presentation, training and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the UK.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical training sessions to installers and distribution partners (in-person and online).
Provide design support for residential and commercial PV and storage projects.
Support sales teams with demonstrations, workshops and technical visits.
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support and Sales teams.
Contribute technical content for campaigns and customer communications.
