Job summary

So Energy is seeking a Solar & Storage Delivery Advisor in London (hybrid) to design and manage domestic solar PV installations. You will interpret survey data, create final designs and quotes, and coordinate with installers to ensure a smooth installation process.

You will deliver excellent customer service, liaise with customers and partners, and ensure compliance with installation standards while managing logistics and pricing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing installation of Solar PV, inverters and batteries in domestic properties.
• Ability to interpret survey data and develop final solar designs and quotes.
• Strong customer-focused approach and stakeholder coordination.
• Comfort with creating installation briefs and coordinating with installers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class customer service with high quality standards.
• Interpret survey data from partners or customers to inform designs.
• Create final designs and quotes for the Sales team.
• Prepare installation briefs for installers and flag issues early.
• Create scaffolding briefs and ensure appropriate scaffolding is in place.
• Prepare DNO applications and relevant wiring diagrams for installs.
• Ensure correct kit is ordered per job and manage deliveries.
• Provide technical advice via phone and email and resolve issues.
