As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Build relationships with key customers across North Yorkshire & Teesside (renewable installers, EV infrastructure specialists, M&E contractors, and organisations across the public and private sectors)
• Win new business and develop existing accounts
• Promote renewable energy solutions including solar PV, EV charging, energy storage, and heat pumps
• Collaborate with branch and internal sales teams to drive growth
• Identify new market opportunities and industry trends
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have experience within the electrical wholesale industry (or similar) and an interest in renewables
• Possess strong sales and relationship‑building skills
• Be commercially minded with the drive to identify and win new business
• Have excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Be organised, self‑motivated and capable of managing your own territory
• Hold a full UK driving licencePrevious external sales experience would be advantageous, however experienced internal sales professionals looking to progress into a field-based role are also encouraged to apply.
