Job summary

Valoris Group is seeking a Solar PV Surveyor / Technical Sales Surveyor based in Fareham to conduct site surveys, design PV systems, and present viable solar solutions to customers. You will work on domestic and commercial projects, ensuring high standards and accurate quotations.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, and mounting, plus the ability to convert surveys into confirmed installations.

Qualifications

Experience in the Solar PV industry and performing site surveys.
Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, inverters, and mounting.
Knowledge of MCS standards and installation requirements.

Responsibilities

Carry out site surveys for Solar PV installations across domestic properties.
Assess roof structure, orientation, shading, and electrical infrastructure.
Design PV systems and advise customers on optimal solutions.
Produce accurate system layouts and technical specifications.
Prepare quotations and proposals for customers.
Convert surveys into confirmed installation projects.
Liaise with the installation team to ensure smooth delivery.
Ensure all designs comply with MCS standards and industry best practice.
