Job summary

Proman is seeking experienced Solar Panel Installers to support a growing residential new build Solar PV program in the Cirencester area. Immediate starts and long-term contract opportunities are available, with weekly payments and ongoing work across multiple developments.

Role involves installing mounting systems and panels, rooftop and large domestic installations, and coordinating with electricians and installation teams while maintaining high safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Previous Solar PV installation experience required.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS card preferred.
• IPAF, PASMA or Working at Height qualifications advantageous.
• Own tools and transport.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working at height.

We are looking for experienced Solar Panel Installers to support a growing programme of residential new build Solar PV installations.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals or established installer teams seeking long-term, consistent contract work with immediate starts available.

The Role

• Installing Solar PV mounting systems and panels
• Commercial rooftop and large domestic installations
• Working safely at height
• Assisting with cable routing and installation works
• Working alongside electricians and installation teams
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Following all health and safety procedures on site

What We're Looking For

• Previous Solar PV installation experience required
• Electrical or roofing background highly desirable
• Comfortable working at height
• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS card preferred
• IPAF, PASMA or Working at Height qualifications advantageous
• Own tools and transport
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
