Job summary

INDWIN is seeking experienced Solar Panel Installers for a growing programme of residential Solar PV installations in Aberystwyth. This is an ongoing contract with a long-term pipeline across multiple residential developments and immediate starts available.

Role involves mounting systems, rooftop and large domestic installations, working at height, cable routing, and collaboration with electricians. A strong safety record and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Previous Solar PV installation experience required.
• Electrical or roofing background highly desirable.
• Comfortable working at height.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• IPAF, PASMA or Working at Height qualifications advantageous.
• Own tools and transport
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

We are looking for experienced Solar Panel Installers to support a growing programme of residential new build Solar PV installations.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals or established installer teams seeking long-term, consistent contract work with immediate starts available.

The Role

• Installing Solar PV mounting systems and panels
• Commercial rooftop and large domestic installations
• Working safely at height
• Assisting with cable routing and installation works
• Working alongside electricians and installation teams
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Following all health and safety procedures on site

What We're Looking For

• Previous Solar PV installation experience required
