Winberry is seeking experienced Solar Installers for ongoing commercial and large domestic projects across the UK. This role offers immediate starts and weekly pay, providing opportunities to work with a supportive team on a variety of installations.

Solar Installer

Winberry is supporting a growing renewable energy contractor looking for experienced Solar Installers to join their installation teams on projects across the UK.

The successful Solar Installer will work on a variety of commercial rooftop and large domestic Solar PV installations, supporting projects from initial mounting through to final installation. This is an excellent opportunity for installers looking for long‑term contract work with a busy and expanding business.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have a background in Solar PV installation, although electricians and roofers with relevant experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing Solar PV mounting systems and panels


• Commercial rooftop and large domestic installations


• Working safely at height


• Assisting with cable routing and installation works


• Working alongside electricians and installation teams


• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard


• Following all health and safety procedures on site

What We're Looking For

• Previous Solar PV installation experience preferred


• Electrical or roofing background highly desirable


• Comfortable working at height


• Full UK Driving Licence


• Happy travelling and staying away during the working week when required


• CSCS card preferred


• IPAF, PASMA or Working at Height qualifications advantageous
