Job summary

We are seeking experienced Solar Panel Installers to support a growing programme of residential new build Solar PV installations, with long-term contract work and immediate starts available. The role includes installing mounting systems and panels on commercial rooftops and large domestic sites, while ensuring high standards and safety on site.

Candidates should have prior Solar PV installation experience, a driving licence, and the ability to work at height.

Qualifications

• Previous Solar PV installation experience required.
• Electrical or roofing background highly desirable.
• Comfortable working at height.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS card preferred.
• IPAF, PASMA or Working at Height qualifications advantageous.
• Own tools and transport.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Installing Solar PV mounting systems and panels.
• Commercial rooftop and large domestic installations.
• Working safely at height.
• Assisting with cable routing and installation works.
• Working alongside electricians and installation teams.
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Following all health and safety procedures on site.
