Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Solar Coordination Manager to lead the solar operations in the Manchester region. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, scheduling, and managing a network of subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality installations.

The role requires proven solar industry management experience, CRM scheduling proficiency, and strong customer-facing skills to resolve inquiries and complaints effectively. The package includes company car, pension, and bonus schemes.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in the Solar industry.
• Experience managing a sub-contractor network.
• Experience with CRM scheduling.
• Ability to deal with customers and complaint resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Solar division.
• Manage the subcontractor network and scheduling to meet install targets.
• Improve FTTR (first-time-through-remark) processes and site efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide technical and compliance support to field teams when needed.
