Job summary

Eko Talent seeks an experienced Construction Site Manager - Solar to oversee safe, high-quality solar PV installations across the UK. You will coordinate installation teams, subcontractors and site activities to hit schedules and ensure adherence to drawings, specs and industry standards.

The role requires strong RAMS, permits and site safety discipline, with an emphasis on inspection, coordination and timely delivery. A competitive package is offered with overtime and a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day installation of solar PV projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise installation teams, electricians, engineers and subcontractors.
• Plan labour, equipment, materials and site activities to ensure installations progress efficiently.
• Ensure solar PV systems are installed in accordance with drawings, specifications, manufacturer requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress against agreed programmes and report any delays or issues.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, quality and installation standards are maintained.

Construction Site Manager - Solar

£45,000 Per Annum + Overtime + Bonus + Van + Fuel Card

Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Solar Installation Manager to oversee the safe, efficient and high-quality installation of solar PV projects across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating installation teams, subcontractors and site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, to specification and in accordance with all relevant Health & Safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day installation of solar PV projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise installation teams, electricians, engineers and subcontractors.
• Plan labour, equipment, materials and site activities to ensure installations progress efficiently.
• Ensure solar PV systems are installed in accordance with drawings, specifications, manufacturer requirements and industry standards.

• Take responsibility for site Health & Safety, ensuring RAMS, permits, inductions and site procedures are followed.
