You will oversee scheduling, resource planning and customer communications to ensure smooth delivery and high service levels.

You will manage multiple projects, balance conflicting priorities, and lead the Project Coordinator team to keep work on track. The role emphasizes autonomy, accuracy and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing renewable energy products or installations.
• Experience in project management/operations/coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day installation diary: booking, scheduling, changes.
• Liaise with customers, provide regular updates.
• Organise equipment/kits for each installation.
• Oversee progress of installations to meet timelines and quality.
• Handle installation escalations and provide quick solutions.
• Complete regulatory and compliance paperwork after installation.
• Coordinate installers' diaries and resources.
• Lead and support Project Coordinator team.
• Answer inbound calls and general enquiries.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
