Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment is seeking a Solar PV Installs Manager in Fareham to oversee day-to-day solar installation teams, coordinating schedules, materials, and site requirements. The role blends hands-on leadership with project oversight within a growing renewables business in the Fareham area.

The position offers a pathway to senior leadership, with a strong emphasis on team development, client satisfaction, and efficient on-site management of multiple installation crews.

Qualifications

• Experience leading solar installation teams or similar electrical installation groups.
• Strong people management and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for the smooth running of multiple Solar PV installation teams, each typically completing around one installation per day.
• Start the day by reviewing the schedule and ensuring installers have everything needed for site work.
• Provide effective people management and support to installation teams, ensuring productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues on site, coordinating with surveyors and delivery personnel.
• Work with Directors to focus on growth, sales and other areas while owning the installation side of the business.
