Job summary

Certain Advantage is seeking a Software Supportability Manager to join the Southwest team on a permanent, site-based basis. You will lead a small, experienced team and drive software maintenance concepts while ensuring integration into system design.

You will contribute to Software Supportability activities including RCM, FMECA, and LORA, assess obsolescence, and prepare maintenance reports. Defence-related experience is preferred and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Engineering degree required.
Experience in a highly regulated industry.
Understanding of hardware, software, firmware, data and network infrastructure for Defence products.
Strong systems engineering background.

Responsibilities

Provide input on software and cyber topics and contribute to IPS Element Plans.
Define concepts for software maintenance and ensure integration into system design.
Create software support requirements and ensure integration into overall design.
Support development of Software Supportability activities (RCM, FMECA, LORA).
Assess software obsolescence and technology refresh needs.
Prepare Software Maintenance Analysis Report and related documents.
