Certain Advantage is hiring a Software Supportability Manager for a site-based role in the Southwest. You will lead a small team, define software maintenance concepts and ensure integration into system design, while contributing to RCM, FMECA, and LORA activities.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or closely related discipline.
• Relevant supportability engineering in a highly regulated industry.
• Understanding of hardware, software, firmware, data and network infrastructure for Defence products.
• Understanding of systems engineering principles.

Aufgaben

• Providing specialised input on Software and Cyber-related topics and contributing to IPS Element Plans.
• Defining concepts for software maintenance.
• Creating software support requirements and ensuring their integration into system design.
• Supporting the development of Software Support Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), FMECA, and LORA activities.
• Assessing software obsolescence and the need for technology refresh.
• Preparing Software Maintenance Analysis Report, Software Support Analysis Report, and Software Support Case Report
