Corpay is hiring a Software Support Analyst for the Meriden office to join the UK Product Support team. You will become a business expert on the 1link software and be the first point of contact for customer guidance and issue resolution.

You will handle 1st and 2nd line queries, assist with incidents, support new releases, and work with customers to understand their configuration needs. The role suits a detail‑oriented team player with 0–2 years of experience who wants to grow.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in software support or related field
• Prior experience supporting software solutions (1st/2nd line) beneficial
• Exposure to JIRA, Slack, SQL Studio or TFS is advantageous
• Experience with XML/SOAP, JSON APIs or FTP processes is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and stay detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support and escalate to product team as needed
• Give detailed product guidance and best practices to customers
• Manage and document software incidents and tickets
• Assist with testing and support for new software releases
• Understand customer requirements and advise on best configurations
• Support product specialists with data management and issue handling
• Deliver virtual and occasional onsite user training and support
