Qualifications

• Commercial experience in a service desk or IT support environment.
• Experience with Active Directory for user and group administration.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Proactive, team-oriented with the ability to handle priorities and travel to other offices when required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues across devices, user accounts, M365, and core business applications.
• Handle requests via phone, email, portal, and in person.
• Carry out user administration, device provisioning, and access management.
• Escalate to second-line teams with thorough documentation.
• Contribute to IT projects and rollouts and flag security concerns promptly.
