Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group is seeking a Software Standards Manager to centralise the catalogue of internal applications, oversee code repository governance, and manage vulnerability remediation across frameworks. You will build structured reporting, collaborate with Digital, Compliance, and Cyber teams, and drive risk-based prioritisation across multiple tech estates.

Qualifications

Proven experience in software engineering with Agile/DevOps.
Strong understanding of SDLC, backlog management, and sprint planning.
Experience with vulnerability management and SAST tooling.
Ability to translate technical risk into prioritized remediation plans.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain a centralised catalogue of all internally developed applications and lifecycles.
Drive centralisation of code repository management and governance practices.
Establish a structured intake process for cyber and compliance requirements.
Consolidate vulnerability findings from tools such as New Relic and Tenable.
Translate findings into clearly defined backlog items within Agile workflows.
Provide structured reporting, dashboards, and governance scorecards.
Deliver a program to enable Ping Identity IGA & MFA across apps.
