Job summary

Volkswagen Group UK’s Group IT team is seeking an IT Governance Analyst to support governance, assurance and control activities across IT, ensuring policies and standards are applied consistently.

Reporting to the IT Governance Manager, you will develop policies, support audits, manage PKI and IAM/PAM processes, and help deliver the IT strategy through dashboards and governance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT governance within an IT department and ability to explain its benefits.
• Experience with IAM and PAM processes.
• Strong analytical and risk quantification skills.
• Attention to detail with high-quality outputs.
• Effective written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve IT policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and governance documentation.
• Conduct evidence-based assurance reviews, document findings and prepare clear recommendations for senior review.
• Implement and continuously improve IT KPI dashboards and verify data quality.
• Support governance frameworks by monitoring compliance, preparing reports and escalating issues for audits.
• Manage the PKI card and certificate service and coordinate improvements with HQ.
