Job summary

Volkswagen Group UK Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking an IT Governance Analyst to support governance, assurance and control activities across IT. You will help ensure policies, standards and regulations are implemented consistently and continuously improved.

You will deliver IT Governance capabilities including governance reporting, assurance and audit support, IAM, PAM and PKI administration, and you will produce dashboards and reporting for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT governance with ability to explain benefits.
• Experience with IAM and PAM processes.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Attention to detail and high-quality outputs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and governance documents.
• Conduct assurance reviews and prepare recommendations for senior review.
• Create and validate KPI dashboards for IT governance leadership.
• Support governance frameworks by monitoring compliance and reporting.
• Prepare governance packs and audit evidence for reviews and meetings.
• Manage PKI card and certificate service with documentation and improvements.
• Support IAM governance including annual access reviews and recertification.
• Support PAM governance with records and review coordination.
