Job summary

The Portfolio Group in Manchester is hiring a Software Sales Closer to join our expanding closing team. You will earn a 35,000 base plus a 1,500 joining bonus and uncapped commission, targeting high-value software deals with appointments already booked for you.

You'll demonstrate via Teams, close deals, and benefit from an induction with top performers, then operate at a senior level on the sales floor. Expect up to 10,000 monthly commission and an OTE of 250,000.

Software Sales Closer - Manchester

35,000 basic + 1,500 joining bonus + uncapped commission

Join Our Closing Team:

Our closing team include some of the strongest sales professionals in the UK, with closers bringing in up to 10Million in sales within a year, with deals averaging up to 100,000. Receiving up to 8% in commission from deals closed means we have closers on the team earning up to 10,000 per month in commission. Yearly OTE is currently set at 250,000.

Our current team have described their time with the company so far as life changing.

During your induction period you'll spend time with top hitters on the team as well as complete training for the first 4 weeks with an award winning trainer and then go live in the role.

All of your appointments are generated for you, so every day you will come in to a diary of qualified leads booked in, with company decision makers ready to meet you via virtual demos.

This means you do not cold call, you do not prospect, and you do not have to deal with dialling out all day, every day. Instead, you sit at a very senior level on our sales floor completely focused on going through a product demonstration on our software via Teams, how it can help the client, objection handle, close sales and spot signs to upsell.

You'll be paid out on everything closed the following month, as well as work towards a quarterly bonus where you can earn up to an additional 4,000 based on the last 3 months performance. We also run daily early dart incentives, cash prizes handed out on the floor every day, and a leaderboard where you can see where you are in the running for a quarterly holiday abroad.

We prefer a chatty environment, our music is pumping to keep you going, every deal you close flashes on screens with the teams cheering you on, and if you like to present we can even get you involved in podcasts/webinars/conferences and promotional videos.
