Job summary

Axon Moore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software, IT and business systems projects in a fast-evolving manufacturing tech environment in the United Kingdom. You will manage 3-4 IT/software projects concurrently, plus onboarding and implementation for around 10 new customers per quarter, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to deliver on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, requirements gathering, UAT and successful system rollouts,

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing software, IT or application-based projects from initiation to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, go-live and customer adoption activities.
• Excellent organisational abilities and proficiency with UAT, testing and system rollout processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software, IT, application and business improvement projects from conception through to implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate operational needs into practical solutions.
• Coordinate software releases, system rollouts and user training.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify risks and delays early and take ownership of solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timescales, scope and budget.
• Review completed projects and identify further opportunities for improvement.
• Act as the key contact for customer onboarding and implementation.
