Reporting to the Managing Director, you will establish a Project Management function, refine processes and governance, and drive improvements to sustain high standards as the business

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of operational delivery across all live projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme and client service.
• Building operational capability to support growth, including workforce planning and expanding management layers.
• Establishing and leading the Project Management function, strengthening delivery strategy, procurement, materials and programme management.
• Driving operational improvement with robust systems and governance while maintaining accreditations.
