Job summary

There’s Only One Place is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of developers and coordinate development and production activities for custom applications and integration solutions. You will influence technical direction, manage resources and budgets, and ensure delivery on time, scope, and budget.

Qualifications

2+ years management or team lead experience.
5+ years prior application development experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to influence and advocate change.

Responsibilities

Lead a group of developers and coordinate development and production activities.
Ensure development lifecycle processes are followed with quality and consistency.
Directly manage assigned employee group including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
Provide input on technical approach and effort for new projects.
