Job summary

WA Consultants is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a software engineering team in a cloud-native environment. You will drive delivery, coach engineers and collaborate with IT leadership to shape architecture and secure, reliable releases.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong SDLC, Agile and DevOps practices with a focus on quality, security and scalable software delivery across platforms.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will drive engineering delivery, coach and develop team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure and reliable software solutions.
