Job summary

Thales Group invites graduates in software engineering and STEM subjects to join a 3-year Engineering Development Programme in Glasgow. The scheme offers rotations across business units, structured training, and mentorship by the Engineering Leadership team.

You will work on new and existing products while developing core engineering skills. The programme is UK-based, with a September 2027 start date and security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject (as listed)
• Open to entry-level graduates with a relevant degree
• Ability to complete and maintain security checks in the UK

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-year graduate development programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS
• Rotations in Year 3 across different business units and engineering lifecycles
• Work on design and development of engineering solutions for customers
