Job summary

Thales is launching a 3-year Engineering Development Programme in Crawley for graduates in STEM. You will rotate across business units, work with engineers to design and develop solutions, and gain accreditation by the IET, IMechE and RAeS.

The scheme includes a structured learning pathway, exposure to new and existing products, and a strong support network from the Engineering Leadership team.

Qualifications

• This is an entry-level graduate opportunity designed for individuals at the start of their professional career.
• You will have gained or be on track to achieve a bachelor’s degree in a STEM Subject in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Electrical, Electronic, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Systems Engineering, AI/Machine Learning and Cybernetics, Through Life Support Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme which is accredited by the IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Rotations in Year 3 across the country; work with engineers to design and develop engineering solutions for customers.
• Engage in core training to develop transversal skills and build a professional network within Thales.
