Job summary

Thales Group in Crawley invites applications for a 2027 Software Engineering Graduate. This full-time, on-site role is part of a 3-year Development Programme, with rotation opportunities in Year 3 across business units to gain diverse engineering experience.

You will work under mentorship to design and develop engineering solutions for customer needs. The programme is accredited by IET, IMecE and RAeS, with pathways for core training and transversal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject (AI Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, Computing and Data Science, Software Engineering) or related fields.
• Limited relevant professional experience is welcome as this is an entry-level graduate opportunity.
• You should be on track to achieve a degree in a STEM subject and be eligible to work in the UK.
• Interest in engineering, development and working across a structured graduate programme.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMecHE and RAeS.
• Rotate in Year 3 across different business units to experience different engineering lifecycles.
• Develop engineering skills by working on new and existing Thales products under supervision.
• Engage with a professional network across the organization and learn core technical disciplines.
