Proactive Appointments Limited is seeking a Software Engineer to join a growing technology team focused on solving business challenges through software, automation and AI. You will design, build and deliver software while engaging with stakeholders across finance, operations and other business functions.

This role is remote or hybrid in the UK, with occasional travel to UK offices for workshops. You will own projects through the full software development lifecycle and apply AI to accelerate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or C++.
• Experience building and delivering production software.
• Practical use of AI tools to improve productivity.
• Ability to identify AI opportunities in business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable software and automation solutions.
• Build systems that improve efficiency, accuracy and user experience.
• Leverage AI technologies to accelerate delivery.
