Job summary

Omnea is seeking software engineers for the Engineering Acceleration team to build AI-assisted tooling and infrastructure for faster, safer software development. You’ll work on agent-based systems, improve environments, and shape the developer experience across the stack.

You’ll collaborate with product engineers and other Platform Engineering teams, applying practical AWS serverless know-how and a product-engineering mindset to deliver scalable internal tools and services.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering fundamentals across design, testing and reliability.
Practical AWS serverless experience in deployment pipelines and environments.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and agents.
Background in product engineering shipping user-facing features.
Ability to scope ambiguous problems and deliver with limited detail.
Collaborative style, clear communication across teams and practices.

Responsibilities

Build systems for AI-native software engineering and agent tooling.
Improve development and testing environments and automation.
Evaluate quality, measure impact on correctness and cost.
Identify bottlenecks and drive productivity improvements.
Lead tooling selection and adoption for an ADP platform.
Own designs, delivery, and ongoing operation with reliability and observability.
