Job summary

Omnea is looking for an exceptional Solutions Associate to join Omnea’s customer team. You’ll be excited to join a fast-scaling enterprise SaaS startup and become a product expert, delivering value through deployment, configuration, and integrations.

You’ll work closely with S&I Leads and progress into broader customer-facing roles within 12–24 months, with a strong focus on learning and delivering outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• TL;DR: you’re ambitious & hardworking and comfortable with nitty gritty product config.
• You have up to 3 years of experience in a top-tier fast-paced environment.
• You are tech-savvy and can learn new products and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support and champion customers in their journey with Omnea.
• Assist S&I Leads with product configuration, data preparation and initial implementation.
• Be mentored into more customer-facing aspects over 12–24 months.
• Learn from experts in the customer function and broaden role awareness.
• Help set customers up for successful deployments and long-term adoption.
