Interface Recruitment in the UK seeks an Account Management Consultant with a software background. You will manage client relationships, coordinate software implementations and upgrades, and bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams.

Role is hybrid with two office days per week after intro, salary £35,000–£40,000, plus pension, car, share options, and annual bonuses. Degree calibre and Prince2 training are preferred.

Competenze

• Degree calibre is required.
• Background in software, preferably from Account Management/Consulting/Projects/Analysis/Commercial roles.
• Prince2 training provided.

Mansioni

• Establish and develop key stakeholder client relationships (existing portfolio).
• Software implementations, new systems and upgrades.
• Conduit between technical and non-technical user teams.
• Attend seminars and User Group meetings; may require a presentation.
• Product consultancy to develop SME status for others to consult on the system.
• Quality assurance and software testing prior to releases.
• Training to maximise client ROI.
• Customer support/escalation to resolve issues.
• Documentation production to support clients.
• Commercial/sales activities and opportunity spotting.
