Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Soft Services Operations Support for the MOD Corsham site. This 37.5-hour role from Monday to Friday involves providing essential administrative and operational support to the Soft Services team to ensure safe, efficient service delivery.

You will maintain records, coordinate scheduling, and engage with customers and stakeholders to uphold high service standards while supporting improvements and reception duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, operational support or customer service environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Soft Services Supervisor and wider management team.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation to support service delivery and compliance requirements.
• Assist with workforce coordination, scheduling and daily operational activities across Soft Services.
• Engage professionally with customers, stakeholders and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with wider operational and reception duties as required.
