Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Corsham and Armada (Plymouth) is seeking a CAFM and Compliance Lead to manage the CAFM system and ensure compliance across the MoD Corsham and Armada contracts. You will administer Maximo, support asset lifecycle, coordinate training for site teams, and work with the Asset Manager and Facilities Manager to meet operational deliverables.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Team by ensuring all Mitie policies and procedures relating to Maximo are fully adhered to.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable previous experience managing a CAFM system or similar, ideally Maximo (but not essential).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with the capacity to communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Customer‑focused and friendly approach.
