Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• IOSH qualification is essential.
• Experience managing soft services (cleaning and security).
• Multi-site or contract management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning and security services across ~10 contracts in the North West.
• Support and manage site-based teams.
• Be the key client contact for service delivery and relationship management.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Carry out regular site visits, audits, and service reviews.
• Manage staffing, performance, and day-to-day issues.
• Ensure H&S and compliance standards are maintained.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate records.
• Build strong relationships with clients and site teams.
• Manage your diary and workload across the portfolio.
