The Role:

As a Soft Landscaping Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of operatives to carry out soft landscaping activities.
  • Ensuring high-quality turfing, shrub planting, tree planting, mulching, and seeding.
  • Coordinating with site managers and other teams to ensure project success.
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Driving to various new build developments around the South East.

Requirements:

  • Experience in running a team of operatives.
  • Valid driving license.
  • CSCS card.
