Leaders in Care is partnering with South East England local authorities to recruit a Family Safeguarding Social Worker. You will join a stable team delivering relationship-based practice with a focus on early intervention across CIN, CP and Family Support.

The role offers flexible office attendance, manageable caseloads, and supportive management. Expect supervision, development opportunities, and potential extension beyond six months.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualified experience within Children's Services.
• Experience in Family Safeguarding, Child Protection, or Child in Need teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with children and families across CIN, CP and Family Support.
• Focus on early intervention and relationship-based practice with minimal court work.
• Provide high-quality practice while managing a healthy workload.
