• Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
• Duration: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Rate of Pay: GBP27.58 per hour PAYE / GBP34.50 per hour umbrella

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Social Worker and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing Care Act and Mental Capacity Act assessments
• Creating and implementing personalised, strengths-based care plans
• Delivering evidence-based interventions to support recovery and wellbeing
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across health and social care
• Traveling to visit service users across Swindon and surrounding areas

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid Social Work England registration
• Experience working with adults, ideally in mental health
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• The ability to travel to and within Swindon and nearby towns
• A solid understanding of the Care Act and MCA

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. You will be expected to work from the Swindon office at least 2 days per week and conduct community visits throughout Swindon, Salisbury, Bath, Bristol, and Devizes. The contract is ongoing with a strong chance of extension.
